Mr. Mohamed Elhagan is an Egyptian appeals lawyer, holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Cairo University. and he is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association. In 2008, Mr. Mohamed started his career with one of the renowned law firms specializing in criminal, civil and commercial cases, as well as family cases, where he handled many issues and cases before various litigation bodies and dispute settlement committees, thus increasing and improving his legal capabilities.
Mr. Mohamed entered the corporate sector, where he worked for many of the leading global companies in the State of Qatar. He is also versed in criminal procedures and operational procedures in police stations and the Public Prosecution, which increased his expertise and abilities to prepare and draft contracts, legal notes, correspondence, and official books, establish companies of all kinds, in addition to providing legal advice in various fields.
Mr. Mohamed has extensive experience in all aspects of representing clients in litigation and pleadings related to commercial, criminal, and civil cases and dispute resolution matters, in addition to familiarity and knowledge of public relations, government departments and ministries and various judicial bodies.
